We have been hard at work on the Content Portal! Many new enhancements have become live since the New Year hit that we believe will make the system much easier, efficient, and useful to our clients! A complete overview of all of the fixes and enhancements are below! Tell us your thoughts as we want to make the system work better for you and have TONS more work to be done to make it one of the best and most useful systems out there!

Viewing Release Details After Submission!
Each client can now click “View” on their Content Portal login and retrieve important information such as UPC, ISRC, and more for their releases! This was a request that took a while but we finally got it right!

Organized Releases Page
We now have enabled the “Releases” page to show up to 15 releases at a time making it easier for you to navigate and work on only your most current releases. Other enhancements to come will be a view for only “Submitted Releases” and “Pending Releases”, a “Search” feature to help you find your releases, and lastly, the ability to sort by catalog # and last submitted!

Enhanced Song Selection
Every time you select a file to be tagged to a song, it will take it off the drop down list thus making it easy for you to determine which files still need to be matched per each song! This will you a lot of time and confusion in case you have a massive release and select an incorrect file!

Efficient Release Details
You no longer have to select Single, EP, or Album as the system does it for you according to however many tracks you have for that release. In addition, the Copyright and Publishing Company is manually inserted for you according to the record label that is selected but still able to be edited in case there is a different publisher!

New Login Screen
The login screen now matches the Royalty Portal making it consistent with our brand.
